Fons Reggers (1886-1962) came from a family of goldsmiths. He and his brother Rein Reggers settled in Amsterdam in 1919 with their company Gebr. Reggers. They produced decorative and utility objects of silver, especially in the Amsterdam School style. Reggers was known for their jewellery asymmetrical settings of precious stones. From 1938 they also produced gold jewellery.
