Beautiful ceramic object with a representation of houses, trees and birds, designed by Marja Hooft in circa 1980. The elements are attached to a theater inspired panel. From 1973 to 1982 her hometown Heusden, with its houses, trees, ploughs and birds, formed the main theme of her works. This can be seen in this ceramic object. Although this work is mainly white, the two birds show small blue accents. The colour spectrum of the work of Hooft remained limited to white, grey and blue until 1982. Later, colour would play a more important role in her work.
