This decorative blue pot with lid was made by Harriet de Maar-Sielcken in approximately 1989. The work is signed on the bottom with: "HARRIET DEMAAR". Harriet, also known as Jet, de Maar-Sielcken (1929 - 2015) was a Dutch ceramic artist born in Indonesia. From 1956 to 1958 she was part of the Experimental Department of the Porceleyne Fles in Delft.
