Unique thick vase designed by glass artist Willem Heesen, executed at his studio De Oude Horn in Acquoy in 1993. The vase seems black, but actually is very dark blue, which can be seen in the last photo. The orange decoration creates a beautiful contrast against the dark background. The work is signed at the bottom with 'WHeesen 930606'.
