Unique blue glass vase designed by Jan van der Vaart for Glass Factory Leerdam in 1994. The design is executed by Henk Verwey. Signed on the bottom with: 'Leerdam Unica JvdV 94092 HV, JvdV'. Jan van der Vaart is known as an influencial post-war ceramist, but on a later age he also started to design glass objects. Just with his ceramic works, the - sometimes geometrical - form of this object is also central.
