These four foldable chair were designed by Giancarlo Piretti for Anonima Castelli Italy. The model of the chair is called 'Plia'. The design was made in 1967 and was introduced at the Fiera del Mobile in Milan. The hinge consisting of three disks was very innovative at the time. The sitting and the backrest are made of smoke coloured plexiglass and the chair has a frame made of chrome.
