Unique bowl, glazed stoneware, created by Geert Lap. This salmon pink bowl has straight edges and is signed 'Geert Lap 1986' at the bottom. Geert Lap (1951-2017) was a Dutch ceramist, known for his minimalist approach to ceramics. The work of Lap is distinguished by its seeming simplicity and perfect craftsmanship. His ceramics have a timeless quality. With each piece he created, Lap tried to come closer to the essence of the thrown form.
